国际社交媒体上中国环境议题的传播策略与效果研究Media Strategies and User Engagement with Chinese Environmental Issues on Global Social Media

摘要(Abstract):
本研究基于情感可供性理论和启发式—系统式信息处理模型,探讨国际社交媒体平台上中外主流媒体与草根用户在中国环境议题传播方面的内容差异及传播效果。通过对2985条帖子进行内容分析发现,相较于外国主流媒体较多关注气候变化等主题并使用“问题框架”,中国主流媒体更关注环境治理等主题,并采用“行动框架”;在草根用户的传播策略上,中国草根用户的内容框架与情感倾向与中国主流媒体较为一致,而外国草根用户与主流媒体存在策略差异。本研究进一步分析了不同传播主体的媒介策略如何影响用户的情绪反应及转发、评论等互动行为,揭示了多元舆论主体如何共同塑造中国环境议题的国际传播格局。
