可供性视角下用户职业构成与信息认同的多平台比较研究Multi-platform Comparative Study of User Career Composition and Information Endorsement from the Perspective of Affordance

摘要(Abstract):
不同社交媒体平台在技术特性、用户构成等方面都存在明显差异,这些差异一定程度上影响了信息认同的效果。本研究以俄乌冲突为研究案例,对Twitter、微博、Quora和知乎四个平台的655102条文本数据进行分析,并从可供性理论视角出发进行结果探讨。研究发现,具备相似技术特性的社交媒体平台吸引了拥有类似职业背景的用户,并显著影响平台内的信息认同程度,呈现出相近的高阶可供性。Twitter和微博这类以快速信息传播和高互动性为主要特征的短文本平台吸引了众多从事媒体传播职业的用户,其发布的信息通常获得较高的传播量。Quora和知乎这类以知识问答和专业讨论为特点的长文本平台吸引了大量从事计算机和数学相关职业的用户,该群体发布的信息也获得相对较高的认同度。此外,每个平台的核心用户职业群体会在相似技术特性下保持一致,但不同的文化背景会使其用户职业构成整体呈现出一定的差异性偏好,这表明了技术特性与文化背景在塑造平台用户职业构成方面的双重作用。
