社交媒体新闻的用户参与——基于“央视新闻”微信公众号的新闻价值话语分析User Engagement in Social Media News: Discourse Analysis of News Value Based on the WeChat Official Account of “CCTV News”

摘要(Abstract):
移动互联网时代,传统新闻媒体如何通过社交媒体平台扩大传播面和影响力,获取互联网用户的注意力,是主流媒体在转型过程中需要重点思考的问题。本研究基于新闻价值话语分析框架,分析了2022年“央视新闻”微信公众号全年的新闻报道,重点关注新闻标题和内容的新闻价值,探究新闻话语是如何被建构和呈现的,并进一步研究了社交媒体中的新闻报道如何通过语言手段构建新闻价值观,实现用户参与。研究显示,新闻标题通过使用数量词、强化词展现事件超常性,用时间标记彰显新闻时效性,用预指手法制造新闻悬念以吸引用户点击、浏览;新闻内容则通过使用专有名词、褒义词等建构事件显著性,通过直接引语体现报道的客观性,利用情感词增强个性化以呈现不同的新闻价值观、引导用户深入理解新闻事件。本研究论证了社交媒体环境下,传统媒体可以通过语言策略有针对性地构建新闻价值以获取用户注意力并推动用户参与,为传统媒体的社交化转型提供了借鉴。
