摘要(Abstract):
算法民间理论是普通人对平台系统及其算法机制的理解,充当着用户对待算法态度和行为的认知框架。作为一种实践知识,算法民间理论是用户算法意识的深化,形成于基于社会情景的人机交互体验中。这种用户自持的理论不是严格的技术知识,而是普通人面对技术未知的经验直觉,以及对算法进行意义解释的日常方式。本研究从意识、知识、态度和行为四个维度梳理了2015年以来的相关研究,归纳了其理论基础、研究问题和方法以及发展脉络。以上研究经历了从单一社交媒体向跨平台、人工智能算法,从消息推送到内容审核、数据监视、算法抵抗等多种议题推进的新兴态势;并回应了算法社会权力关系和人-机能动性问题。探究算法民间理论对态度、行为的影响,以及用户与算法之间的协同、对抗关系是值得关注的方向。算法民间理论为分析我国多种算法平台和智能体发展的传播现象提供了一种基于用户视角的实证研究思路。
