中老年人纠正性健康信息偶遇的效果研究Accidentally Corrected? Examining the Effects of Incidental Corrective Information Exposure among the Middle-aged and Elderly

摘要(Abstract):
伴随互联网信息流中纠正信息比重的持续增长以及自动化推荐技术的广泛应用,与纠正性健康信息不期而遇的情况愈益常见。聚焦中老年人这一虚假健康信息易感群体,本研究旨在建立从纠正性健康信息偶遇到错误健康观念之间的心理机制。以认知中介模型和家庭沟通模式为基础,研究者在混合方法路径的支持下发现:认知加工在纠正性健康信息偶遇与错误健康观念之间发挥中介作用。出于子代“代理决策”缘故,家庭沟通模式仅能对直接效应发挥调节作用。具体地,纠正性健康信息偶遇与错误健康观念间的负向关联在高对话取向组和低服从取向组中更为显著。研究发现不仅延展了认知中介模型的理论关怀,而且从“个体—家庭”综合视角对纠正性健康信息偶遇的效果予以细致拆解。本研究亦为面向中老年人群的虚假健康信息干预提供参考。
