摘要(Abstract)：

本文立足于全球视角,对电信通信网络的发展历程进行了梳理,并对三种颇具影响力的传统学术研究视角给予了重点关注。在构成本文的两部分内容当中,第一部分对"电信"的概念进行了界定,并对两百年间视觉电报~(1)(optical telegraph)、(电传)电报(electric telegraph)、固定电话(landline telephone)和移动电话(mobile telephone),前身为无线电报(wireless telegraph)这四种电信通信网络的发展历程进行了重点梳理。第二部分则从史学研究的角度出发,阐述并分析了大型技术系统(large technical systems,LTS)理论、政治经济学以及技术的社会建构论(social construction of technology,SCOT)这三种传统视角对电信网络发展史研究所产生的形塑作用。
