摘要(Abstract)：

本文访谈了20位移动医疗应用的医生和病人用户,1位相关负责人,借助内容分析法探究移动医疗应用中的线上社会资本对医患关系的影响。研究发现,移动医疗应用中的线上社会资本以基于知识共享和理性合作的信任为核心,以互惠型道德规范和互利型契约规范为机制,以更广阔的社会网络为支撑,以可信度高优质多元的信息为载体,分别对医患关系的能力、互惠和诚信三个维度产生影响,从而构建出一种以平等互利为基础的新型医患关系。产生于"网上医疗"新情境下的线上社会资本正在同"关系就医"取向下的线下社会资本进行博弈。
