摘要(Abstract)：

雷蒙·威廉斯是20世纪重要的马克思主义理论家、英国文化研究者和文化行动主义者。在与英国新左派的不断切磋、磨合中,威廉斯发展出了自己独特的"文化唯物主义"等核心思想。本文将威廉斯的认识演进置于英国新左派的历史语境中进行分析,认为威廉斯的认识论存在着"青年威廉斯"和"成年威廉斯"两个不同的历史阶段。在彼此相互联系的历史过程中,威廉斯得以逐渐接近马克思主义,不断深化了历史唯物主义的文化研究路径。
