摘要(Abstract)：

<正>“风险社会”这一概念可追溯到20世纪90年代。Beck等（1992）在《风险社会：新的现代性之路》（Risk Society:Toward a New Modernity）一书中强调，风险已经从科技或技术领域（如核电、转基因食品）转向环境健康、自然灾害、疾病领域，甚至到整个社会（制度、文化）。当下，已肆虐全球两年有余的新冠肺炎疫情仍影响着人们的日常生活。其风险不仅仅存在于个体生命及健康层面，也存在于社会经济、政治、文化等宏观层面。如何应对新冠肺炎疫情带来的各类风险甚或危机，成为各个国家和地区亟待解决的议题。
