免疫还是抗拒:单双面信息向未接触谣言受众辟谣的效果差异Immunizing or Resisting: The Difference in the Effect of One-sided and Two-sided Messages in Refuting Rumors to Unexposed Audiences

摘要(Abstract):
本研究把广告中的双面信息应用到辟谣信息的设计中,探索在受众接触谣言之前双面辟谣信息的谣言免疫作用机制,通过一个单因素(辟谣信息:单面、双面、无辟谣)实验、一个2(辟谣信息:单面vs.双面)×2(辟谣者可信度:高vs.低)双因素组间实验和一个2(辟谣信息:单面vs.无辟谣)×2(受众相关度:高vs.低)双因素组间实验获取数据,并对数据进行方差分析和结构方程分析。主要结论:(1)双面辟谣信息具有谣言免疫作用:先接触到双面辟谣信息的受众比未接触到辟谣信息的受众对谣言的真实性感知更低;(2)辟谣信息结构通过辟谣信息可信度、受众对辟谣者态度的中介作用影响谣言真实性的感知;(3)双面辟谣信息降低谣言真实性的效果受辟谣者可信度的调节:低可信度辟谣者进行辟谣时,双面信息的谣言免疫效果更显著;(4)受众相关度对单面辟谣的抗拒效应具有调节作用,低可信度辟谣者采用单面辟谣策略向高相关度的受众辟谣时,比不辟谣效果更差。
