媒体发展态势与新闻传播教育改革The State of Media Development and Journalism and Communication Education Reform

摘要(Abstract)：
本文着重讨论媒体发展态势与新闻传播教育改革的关系,并且阐释了为何新闻传播教育改革需要吸收传播学研究发现,并认识新媒体及其发展带来的启示。媒体发展态势分析显示,媒体发展是传承与创新结合的过程。有关新媒体采用影响因素的研究揭示,技术因素的影响作用减弱,逐渐让位于非技术因素。新闻传播教育需要平衡人才培养的长短期目标,除了信息传播的基本技能,尤其要注重人文与科学素养的培养,帮助学生获得开展信息传播的长效技能。
