气候传播传统框架的失灵与适应性转向The Ineffectiveness of Traditional Climate Communication Framing and the Paradigm Shift to Adaptive Framing

摘要(Abstract):
在全球气候治理议程深刻调整以及气候传播语境加速演变的背景下,传统气候传播框架面临“认知阻力”与“行动脱节”的双重困境。作为有效连接政策和公众、弥合知行鸿沟的一种路径,适应性框架顺应了全球气候治理的范式转型,并逐步形成以规避冲突为前提,以在地化的气候适应行动倡导与情绪调适为策略的传播体系。本研究剖析了传统气候传播框架的当代困境,继而在解析适应性框架的定义和特征的基础上,分析了适应性框架如何回应并满足气候治理的现实需求,最后探讨了其在中国发挥效能需做出的调适。
