科学传播中的视觉话语与公众参与研究Visual Discourse and Public Engagement in Science Communication

摘要(Abstract):
本研究运用U检验的定量方法,基于视觉语法理论探讨科学家与公民科学家的视觉话语和公众参与的差异及背后的文化和权威建构。研究发现,科学家视频与公民科学家视频之间的视觉话语边界并不清晰,体现了边界工作的保持、反转与混合,科学家视频在再现意义、构图意义方面均保持权威话语,但在互动意义中则运用民间视觉话语强调亲近性。公民科学家视频在再现意义中保持民间话语,但在互动意义中运用视觉构建权威合法性,在构图意义中则体现了混合边界工作,强调权威话语与民间话语共现。公众参与方面,观看科学家视频的公众更易于形成知识交互型的参与模式,象征着科学家权威合法性存在失位的可能性,而观看公民科学家视频的公众会形成社交分享型的参与模式,体现了权威合法性的确立。
