传播学视角下社交媒体大数据研究的现实与困境The Reality and Dilemma of Social Media Big Data Research:From the Perspective of Communication Studies

摘要(Abstract):
近几年,国内外研究者从技术、方法、伦理等角度对社交媒体研究中大数据分析进行了热烈的讨论。基于已有文献,本文分析总结了现阶段进行社交媒体大数据研究所面临的三个困境:使用大数据进行社交媒体研究所获得的结论尚不具有普适性;通过数据揭示传播中的规律,需要来自理论的支持;大数据的出现会带来新的"数字鸿沟",即"大数据鸿沟"。
