摘要(Abstract)：

本研究聚焦冷战时代的卫星通信技术，通过史料梳理对比美苏两国在冷战高峰期不同的卫星通信发展路径。在此基础上，本研究追溯美国所积极倡导“国际共治”的全球卫星网络从创制到失败的历史，勾勒出西方主导下“超越地缘”的独特全球传播网络构想，并探寻这种理想化愿景背后资本逐利与帝国霸权的实质，指出对新空间体系的开发与颠覆性创新是如何与单一系统的垄断和封闭性霸权相伴而生的，试为洞悉今日全球赛博空间的争夺提供一个新的视角。
