人机互动中的自我表露与隐私计算动态关系研究The Dynamic Relationship between Self-disclosure and Private Computing in Human-machine Communication

摘要(Abstract):
随着可交流的AI技术发展,人与媒介的关系将被重新定义和塑造。本文以隐私计算理论为视角,通过调查1126名AI聊天机器人用户,探究其在人机互动中的感知收益和感知隐私风险与自我表露意向之间的关系。结果发现,人们对聊天机器人有着开放的情绪表露意愿和谨慎的身份表露意愿。人们在身份表露时理性地权衡隐私风险与预期收益;但在情绪表露时,人们不受感知隐私风险影响,大胆地向机器人敞开心扉。本研究有助于理解未来人机交流的走向趋势。
