器官捐献议题的公共讨论:基于新浪微博的语义网络分析Online Discourse of Organ Donation on Chinese Social Media: A Semantic Network Analysis

摘要(Abstract):
本研究对2019年新浪微博中器官捐献相关内容进行语义网络分析,发现该话题的讨论被热点新闻事件所主导,其中最主要的四类议题为:负面情境与积极意义并存的遗体捐献者故事、器官捐赠与医学事业进步、对亲缘捐献的支持、捐献意愿与死亡观念表达。研究还发现,目前器官捐献的相关宣导对社交媒体的利用尚不充分;媒体报道过度关注捐献者个体而接受者处于缺位状态,进而造成了微博讨论维度的单一;部分公众存在片面甚至是错误的认知。本文认为,社交媒体的科普与宣导、新闻媒体的多角度报道以及采纳亲缘关系和文化因素的传播策略在器官捐献劝服工作中具备重要作用。
