迪士尼嵌入电影的殖民主义和文化真实性解读——以电影《花木兰》为例Colonialism and Cultural Authenticity in “Mulan”

摘要(Abstract):
本文基于阿尔君·阿帕杜莱(Arjun Appadurai)"景观"理论与伊曼纽尔·沃勒斯坦(Immanuel Wallerstein)"世界体系视角"的"交叉模型"框架,分析植根于霸权现状被挪用的故事之外的文化空间以及电影《花木兰》所激发的批评和产生的舆论影响,揭示迪士尼让花木兰这个流传千古的巾帼英雄形象黯然失色的原因。研究发现迪士尼嵌入电影的殖民主义和刻板印象以及通过殖民主义强化的霸权文化对弱势文本的重新解读,国际个别所谓人权组织借助电影强化涉华问题上的谎言和偏见,都让《花木兰》这部原想尽最大努力来讨好大众的娱乐电影招致批评甚至攻击。迪士尼的电影叙事风格在很大程度上说明了权力关系、经济文化的融合和争论,以及国家间相互感知的方式。
