社交媒体与青少年:从政策与制度到媒介素养Youth and Social Media:From Regulation to Media Literacy Education

摘要(Abstract)：
数字媒介环境正在快速向以社交媒体为核心的局面转化,原来与青少年相关的媒介政策还需要进一步调整。本文将思考社交媒体使用的得与失,主要以韩国的现状与事例为中心,主张从赋权主义的角度,将培养媒介素养作为青少年媒体政策的核心。纵观当下环绕青少年的媒介环境,相比保护主义的监管,更需要通过以媒介素养为中心的力量强化教育,自主协调风险机遇,增强媒介使用权的保护政策。
