传播技术发展下英国淫秽色情视频规制的变迁The Change of British Regulation on Obscene and Pornographic Videos under the Development of Communication Technology

摘要(Abstract)：
随着传播技术的发展,视频的传播媒介也在发展,从电影院到家庭录像带,再到当下的互联网。与此同时,淫秽色情视频的传播范围也越来越广。面对技术带来的问题,英国对淫秽色情视频的规制一直在调整,主要通过出台新的法律或修订旧的法律赋予官方管理机构和行业自律组织合法的管理地位。通过总结英国百年来对淫秽色情视频的规制经验,我国未来可以参照英国的做法,更好地规制不同媒介中淫秽色情视频的传播。
