摘要(Abstract)：

通过对比中印两国女性技术人员的工作实践,文章探究了信息技术产业领域的性别技术政治。信息技术具有社会文化和劳动政治的双重属性。通过对比中国和印度两国女性的IT工作实践,文章试图展现性别议题在全球化和城镇化框架下如何被定义、重塑和改变。由于中印两国在技术领域所展现的差异化的劳动控制和父权机制,女性程序员面临着截然不同的工作实践和生活命运。此种跨国界的技术生产对比,有助于我们将现今"性别—技术"关系的视角,重新纳入中国信息产业和数字社会发展的潮汐脉络之中。
